Removal of plaster on one of the outside walls (boardroom) to expose the brick. Construction has started on the third floor interior walls. In the majority of the space the walls are just five feet high, to allow for an open feeling and maximum day light, and to reduce the need for drywall. The pipework for the HVAC (Heating Ventalation Air Conditioning) systems is complete. In the last photograph you can see the old sprinkler tank, up in the far left corner, which will remain for historic reasons.
