Third Floor
The third floor houses
all of CIER's executive, research and administrative offices; reception,
boardroom and staff lounge; as well as the offices (top right) of CIER's
consulting company - Winds and Voices Environmental Services (WAVES).

Fourth Floor
The fourth floor is home
to CIER's Environmental Education and Training Program: classrooms, instructor
and admin. offices, the CIER Library, the Elder's office, and computer
and laboratory facilities; and also contains CIER's sacred space.

Sacred Space
The sacred space, on
the fourth floor of CIER's office, is an integral part of the entire design
of the facility. The position of the sacred space is itself significant,
as the four entrances align exactly with the four directions of the earth.
The sacred space provides CIER with a culturally significant meeting place
for CIER's staff, students and visitors. The space will be used to conduct
sharing circles, meetings and to hold other important events.
